CHS/CMS students win awards in 2024 Tri-County Jr/Sr HS Art Exhibition

Several Chesterton High School and Chesterton Middle School students participated in the 50th annual Tri-County Jr./Sr. High School Art Exhibition at South Shore Arts in Munster, Indiana. Their work will be on display at South Shore Arts, 1040 Ridge Rd., Munster, Indiana through May 12.


Students participating are:

Chesterton High School seniors Hana Byrt, Ken Furry, Rachel Gallup, Ava Hoffman Stephanie Lilovich, Jessi Nance, Paige Nittner, Shea Ogle, Aiden Peschke, Bree Sim; juniors Ben Aitchison, Alex Anderson, Kathleen Coleman, Z Martinez and Kelly Swickard; sophomores Mila Beale, Emily Ponce, Katie Newbanks, Cecilia (Cece) Post, Ryan Postelnik, Lincoln Rhoda, Caitlyn Robinson, Jamie Roser, and Karina Vasquez; and freshman Elizabeth McGrogan. Chesterton High School art teachers are Colin May, Aubrey McKewan, Jill Smoker, Taylor McGuirl, Adam Schultz and Drew Willis.


Chesterton Middle School eighth graders Jacob Anderson, Adelyn Booras,Austin Coates, Ashlyn Dolph, Anastasia Florczyk, Scarlet Lubeck, June Peterson, Jillian Piskula, Rini Polimus, Madison Smith, Stella Strupeck, Adam Tenbarge, Brooklyn Towner; and seventh grader Kameron Lutrick. CMS teachers are Jason Gast and Katherine Jones.
