Three CHS Seniors Advance to Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program - 2/22
Chesterton High School has announced that three senior semifinalists have advanced to finalists in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) program. They are now among some 15,000 secondary finalists throughout the United States vying for 7,500 National Merit Scholarships. Merit Scholars will be selected in March or April. Those CHS students cited in the 67th annual competition are Peyton M. Day, Joseph M. Hall, and Ethan J. Kroft.
Peyton Day is the son of Joseph and Rhonda Day of Chesterton.
Joseph Hall is the son of Patricia Callahan of Porter and Michael Hall of Chesterton.
Ethan Kroft is the son of Brandon and Allison Kroft of Chesterton.
