    -Applicant must intend to choose Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Pre-Law or other similar course of study as a "major" or primary area of study
    -Must be a senior attending a high school in Porter County, Indiana

    WOMEN & HI TECH LEADING LIGHT AWARD
    (COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY)
    REQUIREMENTS -Must be living in the state of Indiana and be either:
       1) A high school senior during the academic year 19-20 planning to attend an accredite 4-year college or university (full- or part-time) in the state of Indiana in academic year 20-21; or
       2) A high school graduate or undergraduate or graduate college student attending or planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university (full- or part-time) in the state of Indiana in academic year 21-21.
    -Applicants must be committed to living and working in Indiana for at least a year after graduation or leaving your students. An affirmation of intent is required during the application process.
    -Should identify as female or with the pronounds: She/Her/Hers
    DO I HAVE TO ATTEND A SPECIFIC COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY? Yes, must attend an accredited 4-year college or university in the state of Indiana

    WOMEN & HI TECH LEADING LIGHT AWARD
    (COMMUNITY COLLEGE & TRADE/VOCATIONAL/CODING SCHOOL)
    REQUIREMENTS -Must be living in the state of Indiana and be either:
       1) A high school senior during the academic year 19-20 planning to attend an approved educational program beyond high school (full- or part-time) in the state of Indiana in academic year 20-21; or
       2) A high school graduate or undergraduate or graduate college student planning to attend an approved educational program beyond high school (full- or part-time) in the state of Indiana in academic year 21-21.
