Action Plan

In alignment with the Duneland School Corporation 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, the Department of Teaching and Learning is committed to achieve the following:

GOAL: Address needs and expectations for continuous improvement at the local, state, and federal levels.

  • Integrating rigorous academic programs with equity for all students.
  • Providing a response support system to ensure student success.
  • Implementing a K-12 social-emotional learning (SEL) system of support focusing on the whole child.
  • Coordinating programming to support balanced media practices.
  • Prioritizing resources to support students and families through educational milestones.
  • Elevating and supporting continuous growth opportunities for staff.
  • Enhancing opportunities, services, and interventions for students with exceptional needs.
