Students who need to send transcripts to a college/university are now able to place transcript requests online through their Naviance Student account at student.naviance.com/chestertonshs. It is an easy, safe, and paperless way to send transcripts directly to the destinations you choose.
If current students need a paper copy of their official or unofficial transcripts, they are to stop by the Counseling Office for a copy.
FORMER STUDENTS FROM 1997 TO 2019
If you are applying to college or need to send your transcript to an employer or other destination, you are now able to place your transcript requests online with Parchment.com. An easy, safe, and paperless way to send transcripts directly to the destinations you choose. Please note that there usually is not a fee to have your transcript sent electronically.
GRADUATION PRIOR TO 1997 OR
GRADUATES WHO WANT A PAPER COPY OF THEIR TRANSCRIPTS OR DIPLOMA
CLICK HERE to print and complete the PDF transcript request form or pick up a copy of the form at the Access Desk (Door 1). All requests will be processed by the Registrar, Mrs. Hunsley, per the instructions on the form.
NOTE- All paper copies of official and unofficial transcripts have a processing fee of $4.00. Diplomas have a processing fee of $6.00. Fees must be paid at time of request to receive copies.
